MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in Schedule II of the said Act; namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said Act, in Schedule-II, in Part II against Serial No. 55, in column (2) for item No. 205 and entries relating thereto, following item and entries relating thereto, shall be substituted, namely:—

"205	All kinds of bags and sacks including those made, of HDPE for packing of goods (excluding woven sacks and bags made of LDPE/PP, polythene bags, plastic bags and sacks) and articles of plastics for packing of goods".

2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication the " Madhya Pradesh Gazette".
