In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment:

A M E N D M E N T

In Schedule-IV appended to the said Act, in entry 39, for sub-entry

(15), the following shall be substituted, namely,-

"Transmission apparatus other than apparatus for radio broadcasting or T.V. broadcasting, transmission apparatus incorporating reception apparatus including Cell Phones, Cell Phone Batteries and Cell Phone Battery Chargers, digital still image video cameras".
