In exercise of powers, conferred by sections 16 and 17 of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005 and in supersession of notification SRO-163 dated 30th May, 2016 read with notification SRO-177 dated 1st June, 2016 and in supersession of notification SRO 106 dated 31st March 2016,, the Government hereby direct that in Schedule "A" of the said Act, entry 34 shall continue to be in the said schedule till 31-03-2017.

This Notification shall come into force w.e.f. 01.07.2016.
