In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so do, hereby makes the following further amendments in SCHEDULE-IV appended to the said Act, namely. -

AMENDMENTS

1. For the existing entries in Column No. 2 of S.No. 88, the following entries shall be substituted, namely.-

"Plastic footwear including moulded plastic footwear, hawai chappals and straps thereof."

2. After the existing S.No. 162, the following new entries shall be added in Column No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 respectively. -

3. In Part-A of SCHEDULE IV, in Column No. 2 of S.No. 3, the existing entries shall be substituted by the following, namely. -

"Computer system and peripherals, computer printers and electronic diaries."

4. In Part-B of SCHEDULE IV, after the existing entry S.No. 246, following entries shall be added in Column No. 1, 2 and 3 respectively, namely. -
