THE RAJASTHAN VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2003 Notifications

NOTIFICATION No.F.12(63)FD/Tax/2005-66 Dated: 5th July, 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule-II appended to the said Act; namely: -

AMENDMENT

In schedule-II appended to the said Act, after the existing S.No. 12 the following new S.No. and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

"13. Registered dealers whose units are registered with the Khadi and Village Industries Commission constituted under the Khadi and Village Industries Commission Act, 1956 or with the Khadi and Village Industries Board constituted under the Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955. "
