NOTIFICATION No.12(63) FD/TAX/2005-79 Dated 11th August, 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003(Act No.4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so do, hereby makes the following amendment in SCHEDULE-II appended to the said Act (as amended from time to time), namely:-

AMENDMENT

In schedule-II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial No.13 the following new serial No. 14 and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely;

Registered dealer engaged in execution of works contracts

This notification shall be deemed to have come in to force with effect from April 1, 2006
