In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in schedule-II appended to the said Act; namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-II appended to the said Act, after the existing S.No. 14 the following new S.No. 15 and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely :-

Dealer or person who carried or causes to be carried through vehicle or carrier goods liable to pay tax under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Act.
