In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this Department's Notification No. F.12(63)FD/Tax/2005-86 dated 11.9.2006, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification in item No. 3 of column No. 2 relating to description of goods the expression "(ii) all varieties of marble and granite" shall be substituted by the expression "(ii) all varieties of Kota stone, marble and granite".

This amendment shall have effect from 11.9.2006.
