In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification No. F.12(63)FD/Tax/05-23 dated 25.4.06, namely: ?

AMENDMENT

In the said notification and Form appended to the notification the existing expression "(Special Component)" shall be deleted.

This amendment shall have effect from 1-4-2006.
