Whereas, the Commissioner of Commercial Tax, Madhya Pradesh is satisfied that it is necessary so to do with a view to prevent or check evasion of tax under the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), namely:-

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the Commissioner, Commercial Tax, hereby, makes sets up temporary check post and erects barrier at the places as specified in the Schedule below, these check posts are being set up for a period of six months from 01st March, 2016:-

2	Village Kharia-Padora (Kotta Barrier, District Shivpuri)	On National Highway No. 27, Shivpuri to Kota Road, 45 Kms. from Shivpuri towards Kota where Integrated Check Post is Situated.

2. This Notification shall come into force from the date of publication.
