In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No.4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts from payment of tax, payable under sub-section (2) of section 4 of the said Act on the purchase of raw materials, namely; PVC Roll, Iron Buckets, gypsums bandage, elastic emery paper, U-Foam, Dunlop Thinner, Wax, Tape Rolls, Acrolite, Acaccatalyst, Plastic Sheets, B.P. Sheets, Iron Sheets, Copper wire, Screws, Drill, Tupset, Titch button, Rings, Steel screws, Iron rivets, Brass rods, Hacksaw blades, Iron washer, etc. by following branches of Shri Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti for the manufacture of artificial limbs, calipers and crutches on production of a declaration in form appended hereto, on the condition that the raw materials so purchased are used for the manufacture of artificial limbs, calipers and crutches to be supplied free of charge to the poor needy persons in Rajasthan: -
