Body Notification No. SRO 164. Dated 30th May, 2016 kept in abeyance till further orders by Notification No. SRO 177 Dated 1st June, 2016

In exercise of powers conferred by section 5 of the Jammu and Kashmir General Sales Tax Act, 1962, the Government hereby direct that in notification SRO 109 dated 31.03.2016, for the figures and words "30th of June, 2016", the figures and words "31st of March, 2017" shall be substituted.
