In exercise of powers, conferred by section 79-A of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that in notification SRO 91 dated 16-032006, as amended from time to time, in second paragraph, for the figures and words "30th of June, 2016", the figures and words "31st of March, 2017" shall be substituted.
