In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Rajasthan Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do hereby makes the following amendment in schedule-II appended to the said Act; namely :-

In schedule-II appended to the said Act, after the existing S. No. 7, the following new S. No. 8 and entries thereto in columns 2 and 3 shall be inserted, namely :-

This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 01.4.2006.
