In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act,,2003(Rajasthan Act No.4 of 2003), the State Government being of the Opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public interest hereby makes the following amendment in schedule-II appended to the said Act; namely:-

In Schedule-II appended to the said Act, after the existing S.No.6, the following new S.No.7 and entries thereto shall be inserted, namely:-
This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from 01.4.2006.
