In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub-section (1) of Section 26 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, exempts the following class of persons who are registered dealers, from the operation of said sub-section, namely:-

(1) All Public Sector Undertaking;

(2) All Public Limited companies;

2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force from 5th April, 2016;
