In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so do, hereby makes the following further amendments in SCHEDULE-I appended to the said Act, namely.-

AMENDMENTS

1. In Column No. 2 of S.No. 1, after the existing entry 27. and before the entry 28, the following new entry shall be inserted, namely.-

"27A. Crowbar (sabbal);"

2. In Column No. 2 of S.No. 16, after the existing expression "fresh flowers", the expression "including mahua flowers." shall be added.

3. In Column No. 2 of S.No. 44, for the existing expression "zari, gota and mangalsutra.", the expression "embroidery or zari articles, that is to say, imi, zari, kasab, salama, dabka, chumki, gota, sitara, naqsi, kora, glass bead, badla and mangalsutra." shall be substituted.

4. In Column No. 2 of S.No. 45, for the existing expression "and Panchang", the expression ", religious pictured tiles, Panchang" shall be substituted.

5. In Column No. 2 of S.No. 59, the existing entry shall be substituted by the entry "Razai up to Rs. 750 / - and razai cover up to Rs. 150/- per item.".

6. After the existing S.No. 64, the following new entries shall be added in Column No. 1, 2 and 3 respectively.-
