MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Where as the state Government is satisfies that it is necessary so to do with a view to prevent or check evasion of tax under the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002)

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, sets up the the check posts and erects barriers at the places specified in the table below from 1st July, 2010
