In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of rule 77 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Rules, 2006, I, T. Ravikanth, Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Rajasthan, Jaipur, hereby notify that the security to be furnished under section 15 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No.4 of 2003), in the form of cash, shall be paid electronically through e-GRAS in the manner as provided therein, in accordance with the provisions of rule 39 of the said rules.
