In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F-A-3-195-2005-1-V-(25), dated 8th September 2009, namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in the Table in column (1) and column (2), for existing entries, the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-

2. This notification shall come into force from 20th April 2016.
