In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 3 of the Himachal Pradesh Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Area Act, 2010 (Act No. 9 of 2010), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to make the following amendment in Schedule-II appended to the said Act, w.e.f. 01.05.2016,namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-II appended to the Act ibid, for the existing entry No.9, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

(a) Waste material and scraps of all types.

(b) Non-Ferrous Metal and Alloys including scrap thereof excluding precious metal.
