In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of Section 2 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this Department's Notification No. F-A-5-1-2006-1-V(67), dated 15th September 2006, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, in entry number 4, the words "and four wheeler motor vehicles" shall be omitted.

2. This notification shall come into force from 1st April 2016.
