In exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to clause (a) of subsection (1) of Section 14 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002) the State Government, hereby, notifies Excercise books, graph books, drawing books and laboratory books for the purpose of said proviso.

2. This amendment shall come into force from 01st April 2016
