Whereas the State Government is satisfied that circumstances exist which render it necessary to take immediate action in public interest;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 59 read with the proviso to said sub-section of the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (6 of 2003), the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule A appended to the said Act, namely:-

In the Haryana Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act 6 of 2003) (Act 6 of 2003), in Schedule A, against serial number 10, under column 3, for the figure and sign "8%", the figure and sign "10%" shall be substituted and shall be deemed to have been substituted with effect from 1st day of April, 2016.
