in exercise of powers, conferred by section 79-A of the Jammu and Kashmir Value Added Tax Act, 2005, the Government hereby direct that in notification SRO 91 dated 16-032006 read with notification SRO 42 dated 28-02-2014 and SRO 111 dated 01-04-2015, the following amendment shall be made:

"In para 2'"', for the figures and wards "31st March, 2016", the figures and words "30th of June, 2016" shall be substituted.
