In exercise of the powers conferred by section 51A of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendments in this department's notification number F.12(16)FD/tax/2009-116 dated, 21.01.2016, as amended from time to time, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification,·

(i) in sub-clause (2) of clause 1, for the existing expression "31st March, 2016", the expression ""31 st May, 2016" shall be substituted;

(ii) in clause (2) of the explanation, for the existing expression "31st March, 2016", the expression "31st May, 2016" shall be substituted; and

(iii) in sub-clause (1) of clause 5, for the existing expression ''31.03.2016", the expression "31.05.2016" shall be substitutedf.
