In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment, namely :-

AMENDMENT

1. In notification no. F-10/78/2014/CT/V (86), dated 31.12.2014, for the figures, word and symbol "31st March, 2016", the figures, word and symbol "31st May, 2016" shall be substituted.

2. In notification no. F-10-36/2015/CT/V (64), dated 30.09.2015, for the figures and word "30th June 2016", the figures and word "31st August 2016" shall be substituted.
