Body Notification S.O.252.- F. No.12(11) FD/TAX/2016-183-Dated 8th March, 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (8) of section 2 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this Department's notification number F.12(52)FD/Tax/ 09-pt-113 dated 31.12.2010, as amended from time to time, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said notification, after the existing serial number 14 and entries thereto the following new serial number and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-

" 15.

All types of used motor Vehicles "

This shall have effect from 01.04.2016.
