In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (4) of section 15 of Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to amend the notification number S.O. 45, Dated the 4th May, 2006 issued by the Commercial Taxes Department by the following-

Amendment

1. The Table appended to notification number S.O. 45, Dated the 4th May, 2006 issued by the Commercial Taxes Department shall be substituted by the following Table:-

3	Rural areas	25 lacs bricks	For the Year of 2016-17 Rs. 1,10,000.00 2017-18 Rs. 1,21,000.00 2018-19 Rs. 1,33,000.00

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
