In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No.4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule-II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely:-

In Schedule-II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 72 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 73 and entries thereto shall be added, namely :-

The Akshaya Patra Foundation, Jaipur
