In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this Department's notification No. F.12(15) FD/Tax/2008-PT-54 dated 27.8.2008, as amended time to time, with effect from 02.02.2016 , namely:-

AMENDMENT

In the said Notification,

(i) for the existing expression "accessories exceeds five percent", the expression "accessories exceeds 5.5%" shall be substituted

(i) for the existing expression "goods at the rate of of five percent", the expression "goods at the rate of of 5.5%" shall be substituted
