In exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to sub-section (2) of Section 57 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat, Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government hereby, makes the following further amendments in this Department's Notification No. F-A-3-195-2005- 1-V (25) dated 31st March 2006, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification in the table, after serial number 34 and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be added, namely:-

2. This Notification shall come into force with effects from 22nd January 2016.
