In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 9-AA and Section 71 of the Madhya Pradesh VAT Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in this department's Notification No.F-A-3-60-2015-1-V-(02) Dated 02-01-2016, namely :-

AMENDMENTS

In the said notification, in the Table, in column (3),-

(i) against serial number 1, for the words and figure "Rupees 2/- per liter", the words and figure "Rupees 3/- per liter" shall be substituted; and

(ii) against serial number 2, for the words and figure "Paise 50 per liter", the words and figures "Rupee 1/- and paise 50 per liter" shall be substituted.

2. These amendments shall come into force from 23-01-2016.
