In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3 and section 3-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints Additional Commissioner, Commercial Tax, mentioned in Column (2) of the table below as Appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3) and confers the powers to dispose of the appeal cases pending or arising under Section 46 of the said Act. This responsibility shall be in addition to her present responsibilities:-
