Para 8 of the Departmental Notification No. 189 dated 03 August 2015 stated as " Serial No. 1, 2 and 3 of this notification shall come into force with immediate effect and serial 4,5,6 and 7 shall come into force from such date as may be specified in the notification by the commissioner after amendment in departmental website" shall be read as follows :-

"Para 9 - Serial No- 1,2 and 3 of this notification shall come into force with immediate effect and serial 4,5,6,7 and 8 shall come into force from such date as may be specified in the notification by the commissioner after amendment in departmental website"
