In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints the Assistant Commissioner of Commercial Tax mentioned in Column (2) of the table below as Additional Assistant Commissioner for the Division specified in column (3) against her name and confers the powers to dispose of the assessment cases pending or arising in the division. This responsibility shall be in addition to her present responsibilities namely:-
