In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15A of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005),, the State Government hereby, makes the following further amendment in part-III of Schedule-II of the said Act. the same having been previously published as required by sub-section (2) of Section 15A of the said Act. namely :-

AMENDMENT

In the Schedule of the said Act,-

(1) In column (3) of serial number 7 of Part III of Schedule II, for the figure "7", the figure "8.5" shall be substituted.

(2) This notification shall be effective from 1st December, 2015.
