In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 70-A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendments in the said Act, namely :—

AMENDMENTS

In said Act,-

(1) in Schedule-I, after serial number 66 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number and

entries relating thereto shall be inserted, namely:-

"66 A. Neemuch Stones".

(2) in Schedule-II, in part-II against serial number 59, in column (2), the words "Neemuch stones" shall

be omitted.

(3) This amendments shall come into force form 1st December 2015.
