MADHYA PRADESH VALUE ADDED TAX ACT, 2002 - NOTIFICATION

Body Notification No. F-A-6-3/2015/V(30) Dated 16th November, 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby appoints the Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Tax mentioned in Column (2) of the Table below as Additional Divisional Deputy Commissioner for the Division specified in column (3) and confers the powers to dispose of the assessment cases pending or arising in the division. This responsibility shall be in addition to their present responsibilities namely:-
