In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of Section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in Notification No. F-10-55/2013/CT/V (74), dated 27.12.2013, namely:-

In the said Notification,-

For the figures and symbols "30.09.2015", the figures and symbols "31.12.2015" shall be substituted.
