In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of Section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in Notification No. F-10-78/2014/CT/V (86), dated 31.12.2014, namely:-

In the said notification,-

For the figures, word and symbol "30th September, 2015", the figures, word and symbol "31st March, 2016" shall be substituted.
