In excercise of the powers conferred by Section 30 of the Andhra Pradesh Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Act, 1987 (Andhra Pradesh Act No.22 of 1987) the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Tax on Professions, Trades, Callings and Employments Rules, 1987 issued in G.O. Ms. No.556, Revenue(S) Department, Dated 8th June, 1987 as subsequently amended.

AMENDMENTS

In the said Rules,

(1) "Rule 22" shall be omitted.

(2) In Form XII,

(a) The expression "& 22" in brackets shall be omitted.

(b) The symbol and words "/apply for revision" shall be omitted.

(d) Under Note (3) Clause (iii) shall be omitted
