In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F.4(33)FD/Tax/87-03 dated 25.05.2009, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

In condition number 3 of the said notification, for the existing expression "that the sale of such goods shall be made to the members of the force only: and", the expression "that the sale of such goods shall be made to the members of BSF and ITBPF only; and" shall be substituted.
