Body Notification No. F.4(33)FD/Tax/87-Pt-I-84 Dated 31st August, 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. F.4(33)FD/Tax/87-02 dated 25.05.2009, namely:-

AMENDMENTS

The existing form appended to the said notification shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

"FORM

I..................(Name).........................(Designation) of BSF canteen in Rajasthan do hereby certify that the goods purchased from M/s .................... having Registration Certificate No. (TIN).............................. have been purchased for exclusive sale to the members of BSF and ITBPF.
