In exercise of the powers under sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Uttar Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2008 (U.P.Act no. 5 of 2008), the Governor is pleased to make with effect from July 07, 2015 the following amendment in Schedule -I and Schedule II to the said Act:-

AMENDMENT

(a) In the said Schedule-I, for entry at serial number 13, the semicolon and the words "Solar Energy devices, Solar Energy equipments and parts thereof" shall be inserted at the end.

(b) In the said Schedule-II, in Part A, for the entry at serial number 108, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:

108 Renewable Energy devices and spare parts which are nor included in any other Schedule"'.
