In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (5) of section 4 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do. hereby makes the following amendments in Schedule VI appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely :-

AMENDMENTS

In Schedule VI appended to the said Act,-

(i) the existing serial number 4 and entries thereto, shall be substituted by the following, namely:-

(ii) in column number 3 against serial number 13, for the existing expression "65". the expression "35" shall be substituted.

(iii) after the existing serial number 21 and entries thereto, the following new serial number and entries thereto shall be added, namely:-
