In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 79 of the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No.5 of 2005), the Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to Schedule-VI of the said Act:

AMENDMENT

In Schedule-VI,-

(1) in Explanation-I, after the words "the Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited or'' the words "the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise or" shall be inserted.

(2) in Explanation-II, after the words "the Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited or'' the words "the Commissioner of Prohibition and Excise or" shall be inserted.
