Body Notification No. F-A-6-29-2015-V(22). Dated 13th April, 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 3A of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, appoints Additional Commissioner, Commercial Tax, mentioned in Column (2) of the table below as Appellate Authority for the area specified in column (3) and confer the powers to dispose off the appeal cases pending or arising under Section 46 of the said Act in area. This responsibility shall be in addition to his present responsibilities:-
