In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3A) of section 8 of the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003 (Act No. 4 of 2003), the State Government being of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in Schedule II appended to the said Act, with immediate effect, namely:-

AMENDMENT

In Schedule II appended to the said Act, after the existing serial number 70 and entries thereto, the following new serial number 71 and entries thereto shall be added, namely,-

M/s. Honda Cars India Limited (Formerly known as M/s. Honda Siel Cars India Limited.) "
