In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (ii) of sub-section (1) of section 15-B of the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (No. 2 of 2005), the State Government hereby makes the following amendment:-

AMENDMENT

1. In notification no. F-10-56/2014/CT/V (55), dated 01-04-2014, for the figure "30-04-2015", the figure "31-07-2015" shall be substituted.

2. In notification no. F-10-55/2013/CT/V (74), dated 27-12-2013, for the figure "31-05-2015", the figure "30-09-2015" shall be substituted.
